The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry has summoned the newly appointed Hungarian ambassador, István Íjgyártó, to express a strong protest over the recent remarks about Ukraine made by Prime Viktor Orbán and Deputy Prime Minister for National Policy Zsolt Semjén.
It was emphasized that Hungary should stop actions negatively affecting the development of bilateral relations, especially in the context of the implementation of agreements reached by the two foreign ministers in October regarding the solution of problematic issues between Ukraine and Hungary.
