Ukraine reported the payment budget surplus of 2.9bn dollars in 2018, the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) has said in a press release.
"There has been a positive payment balance for four years in a row. In particular, last year it was achieved thanks a significant inflow of capital in the financial account: official funding from international partners and foreign loans," the NBU said.
