President Petro Poroshenko's culture adviser Yuriy Bohutskyy has died.
LB.ua has learnt that he has been in a coma after a surgery he had in spring.
Professor Bohutskyy became the culture minister in May 2001. He was a deputy head of President Viktor Yushchenko's secretariat from 2008 to 2010.
He has been Poroshenko's culture adviser since 16 September 2014.
