The trilateral contact group on a Donbas settlement, which met in Minsk today, and representatives of illegal paramilitary groups have agreed yet another ceasefire starting from 21 July, Darka Olifer, the press secretary of Ukraine's representative in the group Leonid Kuchma, has said on Facebook.

The humanitarian subgroup has confirmed the whereabouts of 69 Ukrainian nationals whom Kyiv seeks to have released.

"There are 208 people in Ukrainian penitentiary institutions who are requested by the other side. The sides have agreed to carry out work in two parallel directions as soon as possible: legal cleansing and preparations for a mutual release of the confirmed individuals and further validation of detainees," she added.

According to the Telegram account Inside Donetsk, the trilateral contact group has agreed an exchange of prisoners between Ukraine and the separatists in the 101/50 format.

Ukraine has requested six weeks to deal with the legal aspects. Therefore, an exchange may actially take place in early autumn.
