Foreign Minister Vadym Prystayko has said that Ukraine is preparing another prisoner exchange with Russia and hopes it will be large-scale.
“We are indeed preparing another swap. We still believe that it will be possible to complete an all-for-all prisoner exchange in the near future,” he said at a joint press conference with his Czech counterpart Tomáš Petříček in Prague, according to Ukrinform.
Prystayko added he hopes that it will be possible to secure the release of a large number of Crimean Tatars.
According to Prystayko, that issue was discussed with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan during his visit to Kyiv on 3 February.
