For more than 16 hours Ukraine has been fighting back against the Russian occupiers.
The Armed Forces, guardsmen, border guards, rescuers and members of other uniformed agencies are heroically holding their ground.
All the people are gradually joining the resistance. Thousands of citizens have already joined the Territorial Defence Forces.
Difficult battles continue in Luhansk and Sumy regions, north of the capital. The situation in the south of the country is not easy.
However, the enemy did not expect such resistance. He was stopped near Kharkiv. It was forced to shut up and repulsed in many areas in the east. Russian occupiers are already surrendering.
The Kremlin is preparing a new wave of attacks, including an air landing. But our army is ready to meet it.
We are actively using modern weapons received from our partners. There will be more of them.
The world is beginning to impose sanctions. Anti-war rallies have begun in Russia. As early as tomorrow, Russians will know the price of Putin's madness.
We are on our own soil and we will not retreat.
And we will definitely win!
