The press service of the National Police reported that police in Kharkiv destroyed two Russian tanks in the village of Derhachi, which was occupied by Russian troops.

"Kharkiv region does not surrender - today in Dergachi, the police destroyed two Russian tanks. Today Dergachi is temporarily under enemy control, but it does not matter. Enemy equipment is burning there as well," the statement said.

"The Ukrainian military, the National Guard, the police, the territorial defence units, and the citizens will never agree to the occupation of Ukraine. We will all destroy the enemy, even in those territories where the aggressor has temporarily entered.

We ask you to watch the video. Let us emphasize once again that two Russian tanks were destroyed at the moment when Russian invaders were still in Derhachi. And once again, we address the Russian soldiers - surrender, lay down your arms, run home. You are welcome here. You are hated here. Ukraine will be free. Glory to Ukraine!"

Today Russia fired MRLS “Grad” on Kharkiv. Dozens of people were killed and injured in the attack.
