Russian troops fired on a rehabilitation centre for the Ministry of Veterans Affairs in Borodyanka, Kyiv Oblast. It was announced by the Minister of Veterans Affairs Yulia Laputina in a video address.
"This is an act of violation of international humanitarian law, an act of violence that will be punished," Laputina said.
No casualties have been reported yet.
Earlier, the enemy shell hit the private maternity hospital near Kyiv. No one was injured.
