Ukraine's application for EU membership, signed by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy yesterday, was handed over to the Permanent Representative of France, which holds the presidency of the Council of the European Union. This was announced by the representative of Ukraine to the EU Vsevolod Chentsov.

All states-member have to ratify the agreement in accordance with the constitutions. According to the Deputy Head of the President's Office Igor Zhovkva, there are the first constructive reactions from the cabinets of all three presidents of the European Union.
