Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has had a telephone call with US President John Biden.
Zelenskyy said on Twitter that he and Biden discussed American leadership regarding anti-Russian sanctions and defence help to Ukraine.
“Just had a phone call with Biden. We discussed American leadership regarding anti-Russian sanctions and defence help to Ukraine. We have to stop aggressors as soon as possible. Grateful for the support,” the President stressed.
This morning United States Secretary of State, Antony Blinken, in his talk with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Dmytro Kuleba, promised to increase the supply of weapons and the number of sanctions against Ukraine.
