This is stated in the daily report of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe SMM (Special Monitoring Meeting).

"The process of temporary evacuation of all international members of the Mission is almost complete. The last group including the Head of Mission and senior management will now leave Ukraine, the document said. - The relocation of local members of the Mission who were previously stationed in Kramatorsk and Severodonetsk continues, and the relocation of those previously stationed in Mariupol is being postponed for security reasons. Another convoy of local members of the Mission started moving from Kyiv. "

The OSCE mission also said that the shelling damaged the organization's office in Mariupol.

On February 25th 2022, the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe announced that it was terminating its mission in Ukraine and evacuating employees.

On March 3rd 2022, an observer from the OSCE monitoring mission was killed during shelling of Ukraine by Russian occupiers.
