On 10 March, the Russian troops shelled Lozuvatka International Airport in Kryvyi Rih, as reported by the head of the military administration of Kryvyi Rih Oleksandr Vilkul on a Facebook post.
“There are funnels up to five meters. People were not injured,” Vilkul said.
He asked the residents of the region to take “Air Alert” signals with responsibility to be able to get to the shelter in time and not to suffer from the Russian shelling.
Earlier, the Russian troops mined the coast of the Kakhovka Reservoir which borders the Zaporizhzhya Nuclear Power Plant.
On 9 March, the Russian invaders launched missiles at Boryspil. One was destroyed, the other missile hit the technical room of the airport.
