Britain has added the daughter of Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, Polina Polyakova, to the sanctions list.
This was announced by the Chief of the President's Office Andriy Yermak on Telegram.
"The most interesting thing is that her apartment in London for 4.4 mln pounds will be confiscated, and the bank account will be frozen. The residence permit in Britain has been revoked. They say there is a lot of vacant real estate on Sakhalin," he said.
Sakhalin is an island in the Far East where the occupiers are deporting Ukrainians from Mariupol, lying to them that the evacuation to Zaporizhia has been stopped.
Polina Polyakova is the daughter of Lavrov from a woman named Svetlana with whom the minister had "long and close relations", as described by Russian journalists.
Polyakova worked at the Russian Foreign Ministry. In 2016, she got an apartment in London for 4.4 mln pounds.
