The head of the Sumy Region Administration urged Ukrainians to be careful on the roads - Russian occupants may still be present in some places.

Three civilians were found in the Konotopsk district of the Sumy region who had been tortured by Russian aggressors. This was reported by the head of the Sumy regional military administration Dmytro Zhyvitsky.

"At the places of the enemy's former camps, they have already at least three Ukrainians who were tortured. There were civilians,"- reads the statement.

In his words, Konotop district continues to rebound from the russian occupation.

"The villages and settlements, the cities that suffered the most from the orcs receive everything they need on a first-priority basis. Humanitarian aid, construction materials, medicines. I personally visit these villages and see the situation. What orcs have done is beyond the comprehension of a human mind," said Zhivitsky.

He also said that in the Shostkinskiy district the RMA is working on the safe routes between communities. They resumed planned and immediate surgeries
