Five people were injured and one died in Rubizhne. The governor of the Luhansk region Sergey Gaidai reported.
"11 more houses were destroyed in the region. These are the consequences of yesterday's shelling by the Russian army of the residential districts of Rubezhnoye, Lysychansk, Popasnaya, Severodonetsk, and Toshkivka," Gaidai wrote.
He also said that 11 more houses in the region were destroyed. Russian shelling damaged two multi-story buildings and nine private homes.
Garages in the old part of Severodonetsk as well as tanks with nitric acid in Rubizhne caught fire, previously without consequences. Three floors of the house in Popasna burned down at once.
"A resident of Rubizhne was killed and five others were injured in enemy fire. Seven managed to get out alive from under the rubble. Rescuers dealt with seven fires in the housing stock of the Luhansk region," Gaidai said.
