The Turkish Embassy in Ukraine moved back to Kyiv and restored its work with its full staff, informed Haberturk media.
The journalists say all employees of the diplomatic mission came back to the capital of Ukraine. Previously, they left Kyiv when there was a threat of russian troops’ invasion and got situated in Chernivtsi.
As of now, the Turkish Embassy is the first among diplomatic missions that is back to Kyiv after the release of towns and villages in the Kyiv region by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
Starting from 6 April 2022 the Embassy will brisk up its work. Moreover, the staff of the diplomatic mission came back to the Ukrainian capital under enhanced protection.
Earlier Lithuania announced the return of its Ambassador to Kyiv. And on 21 March 2022 Slovenia informed about the return of its diplomats to the Ukrainian capital.
