France plans to move its embassy back to Kyiv. The New York Times reported it with reference to the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
In March, the Embassy of France in Ukraine moved from Kyiv to Lviv.
"The relocation will take place very soon and will allow France to support Ukraine more in all the areas," - read the ministry's statement.
On 11 April 2022, the French anti-terrorism prosecutor's office initiated four investigations into war crimes against French citizens in Ukraine.
