On April 17 morning, russian troops fired artillery at Kreminna in the Luhansk region. One person was injured, Serhiy Haidai, Head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, told on Telegram.
"We have at least one wounded person. He has already been taken to hospital. He received moderate injuries. Housing damage is being established," he said.
Severodonetsk was under fire, which caused fires in four houses.
There is almost nothing to destroy there – the enemy has already exterminated most of the houses during the last month and a half. However, the shelling of our youngest city in the region continues. During the night of April 16-17, three high-rise buildings went on fire after the shelling. And another one, which was farther away. Rescuers attended to the objects in the fire as soon as the russians stopped firing. Numerous fires in apartments were recorded. Information about the victims is being clarified," Haidai said.
Also, last night, the occupiers destroyed a house in Novodruzhesk. Firefighters managed to evacuate the owner.
During the last days, Ukrainian defenders repulsed ten attacks of the enemy in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions. The occupiers lost 15 tanks, four Orlan UAVs, and two missiles.
