The night was relatively calm in many regions of Ukraine: in Volyn, Zakarpattia, Rivne, Kirovohrad, Ivano-Frankivsk, Khmelnytsky, Chernivtsi, Lviv regions, Odesa, Zaporizhia, Vinnytsia, Ternopil regions, Kyiv, Poltava, Zhytomyr, Cherkasy, Sumy, and Chernihiv region.

Dnipropetrovsk region: in addition to air raids at night, there was shelling from settlements on the border with the Kherson region. No casualties. Calmed down in the morning.
Kharkiv: all-night alarms and shelling by the occupiers of residential areas. Fighting in the Izyum direction intensified in the region. In a day 15 people were wounded, and 5 civilians died. 54,000 people were evacuated from Lozova and Barvinkove.
Luhansk region: the hottest - in Kreminna and Popasna, where fighting is taking place in the city center. However, the Armed Forces retain control over these territories. Almost all the infrastructure is destroyed. There were no heavy shellings at night. Yesterday 4 people died and 9 were injured.
Donetsk region: attacks in Avdiivka, Marinka, Toretsk, New York, Vuhledar with artillery and ‘grads’.Heavy fighting in the Lyman region. Information on the destruction and casualties is currently being clarified. 4 dead, 5 wounded in 24 hours.
Mariupol: no changes.
Kherson region: explosions and shelling throughout the region. The most critical situation is on the border of Mykolayiv and Dnipropetrovsk regions (Stanislavska, Chornobayivska, Vysokopilska, Novovorontsovska and Velykooleksandrivska TCs). There is currently no information on the destruction and casualties. The region is in a humanitarian crisis in many settlements, the situation is stably difficult.
Mykolayiv region: at night there was a shelling of Mykolayiv by multiple launch rocket systems. The result was a fire in a residential building. There are multiple unexploded cluster munitions, SES is working. There were also shellings in the villages of Lymany, Halytsynovo, and Balobanivka. Electricity and gas networks were damaged. Information is currently being clarified. Previously, no casualties.
Earlier, the president of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy declared that russian occupiers began the battle for Donbas which had long ago been prepared. The Chief Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense also assumes that russians are trying to achieve at least some tactical success before Easter. They are still trying to completely capture Donetsk and Luhansk regions, hoping to make a gift to kremlin head vladimir putin.
