On 19 April, US President Joseph Biden and French President Emmanuel Macron will hold a meeting with other leaders on russia's new offensive against Ukraine.
This was reported by BFMTV, citing sources in the Elysee Palace.
European top officials will attend the meeting, such as leaders of Germany, Great Britain, Canada, Italy, Poland, Romania, as well as NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, and European Council President Charles Michel.
Yesterday Emmanuel Macron declared that he isn't going to Kyiv and will arrive only when ‘it will be useful’. He also said that he had not had telephone conversations with russian president vladimir putin after it became known about the atrocities of the russians in Bucha in the Kyiv region.
The White House is also not considering Biden's visit to Kyiv.
