In Rubizhne and Novodruzhesk in the Luhansk region, the russian army destroyed houses, and in Sievierodonetsk - all food warehouses. This was announced by the Head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Serhiy Haidai.
"There is no single food warehouse left in Sievierodonetsk. The russians have destroyed them all. People get food exclusively from humanitarian aid. I'm not even talking about outbuildings or cars set on fire several times a day. It's very difficult to count all the cases. "There were six fires in the housing stock of the region; all of them have been eliminated. Five people have been rescued," - reads the statement.
In Popasna, Rubizhne, and part of the villages of the Hirske community in the Luhansk region, the infrastructure was almost destroyed; there is no possibility to restore light, gas, and water supply before the end of the war.
