During the previous 24 hours, the russians fired 25 times on peaceful cities of Luhansk region - Serhiy Haidai, the head of Luhansk Regional Military Administration, informed.
"The greatest destruction per day happened in the Hirske gromada - at least 12 houses were damaged (10 burned in Orikhove and 2 in Zolote). Severodonetsk suffered, here the orcs [russians] fired at five high-rise buildings, in one of the damaged apartments the shell did not explode - pyrotechnics will work on it. Also the warehouse was on fire," - Haidai said.
According to his words, three people were rescued from the shelling and debris. The evacuation of residents is in progress.
12 attacks of the enemy on Donetsk and Luhansk directions were repulsed yesterday by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The US ambassador to the OSCE said that russia would try to annex Donetsk and Luhansk regions by "mid-May".
