Finland is going to send additional military equipment and transfer another 70 million euro to support Ukraine. Sanna Marin, Prime Minister, informed about it at the High-Level International Donors' Conference for Ukraine in Warsaw, Interfax-Ukraine informed.

"We have decided to transfer EUR 700 million to help Ukrainian refugees in Finland. Besides, we are currently preparing an additional contribution to cover current needs and help with reconstruction. The contribution, which requires parliamentary approval, will make up about EUR 70 million. We have also approved today the decision to send additional military equipment to Ukraine, "she said.

To remind, after Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, for the first time in its history, Finland decided to send weapons. At that time, there were 2 500 automatic rifles, 150 000 ammunitions, 1500 disposable rocket launchers and 70 000 food kits.
