Ukrainian football legend Andriy Shevchenko believes that no russian athlete should participate in any competitions.

At the same time, Shevchenko assured us that he does not communicate with any russian footballer or athlete.

Today Ukrainian athletes are deprived of any opportunity to participate at all, we are also talking about children deprived of the opportunity to do something here. Here bombs are being dropped, shells are exploding, there is a full-scale war," Shevchenko said.
The day before Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed a decree on the establishment of the national brand UNITED 24. Shevchenko became the first brand ambassador.
