President of the National Olympic Committee of Ukraine Sergiy Bubka and Ukrainian Youth and Sports Minister Vadim Gutzeit met in Rome with leaders of Italian sports NOC President Giovanni Malaga and Secretary of State for Sport of the Italian Government Valentina Vezzali.
At the meeting, the Italian side pledged to provide free of charge and indefinite training to 500 Ukrainian athletes representing 20 sports.

The offer will be in place until the war in Ukraine ends.
On his Twitter, Bubka thanked the Italian sports family.
