In Belarus, tanks and infantry fighting vehicles are being removed from the storage facilities. It is possible that they may be transferred to russia to make up for current losses.

Meanwhile, the russian army is preparing to resume the offensive in the areas of Izyum and Slovyansk. In the meantime, the enemy holds his position and tries to prevent the advance of Ukrainian troops.

The situation in other areas as of 18.00 on 31 May is as follows:

  • the occupiers launched a missile strike on units of Ukrainian troops in the Sumy region from Su-30SM aircraft. Artillery and mortar shelling of border settlements also continues.

  • in Donetsk, the invaders are conducting active assault operations in the Severodonetsk and Bakhmut areas. The fighting continues. The russians are trying to establish full control over Severodonetsk and surround units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine. The ruscists are also preparing for an offensive in the areas of Siversk and Raigorodok.

  • on Kurakhiv area - without active hostilities. The russian occupiers carried out artillery fire on our troops.

  • in the South Bug direction, the invaders are mining the coast of the Ingulets River in areas where possible actions by units of Ukrainian troops. They are conducting a counter-battery fight and inflicted airstrikes with the involvement of army aircraft in the area of the settlement of Davydiv Brid, Kherson region.

  • in the Black and Azov Seas, russian ships continue to isolate the area of hostilities. The enemy carrier of high-precision weapons, the frigate “Admiral Makarov” is ready to use cruise missiles Caliber, there are up to 8 of them on board.
