On 31 May 2022, the occupiers shelled more than 25 municipalities in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions.

"Along the entire defense line, the enemies use fighter aircraft, MLRSs, large-caliber artillery systems, tanks, different mortars' systems, launch missile and bomb strikes on objects of civilian infrastructure, peaceful residential areas," - reads the statement.
Today, the russian occupiers destroyed and damaged 73 objects of civilian infrastructure in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions; among those, there are 67 residential buildings, a public safety center, the building of the enterprise "AZOT," furniture factory, a central washing house, and a police station.
As a result of these shellings, only in the Donetsk region three civilians were killed, and three others were injured. Data on the dead, wounded, and destruction in the Luhansk region are being clarified.
