The EU has weakened sanctions against russia, removing the mention of blocking cloud services.
This was announced by the adviser to the Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Mykhailo Podoliak on Telegram.
«First, the EU Council announces the blocking of EU cloud services for russia in the 6th package of sanctions. Then it edits the message, removing references to cloud technologies», Podoliak wrote.
He noted that no clarifications or explanations were received from EU officials.
«We must increase the sanctions pressure. Do not weaken», the adviser to the Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine said.
On June 2, EU ambassadors approved the sixth package of sanctions against russia.
Recently, the President of Ukraine stressed that weapons, sanctions, and political support are the factors on which the complete deoccupation of our state depends.
