Russians have been concentrating equipment and personnel in Zaporizhzhya Region. The Ukrainian military does not rule out that the enemy is preparing for an assault, the Defence Forces of Zaporizhzhya Region have reported.
"Russian troops continue to concentrate military hardware and personnel in certain areas, probably in preparation for active hostilities. Containment is taking place along the entire line of contact. A concentration of enemy military hardware is reported at two industrial sites in Dniprorudne, Vasylivka District," says the report.
The report also says that the enemy has unloaded a significant amount of large-calibre weapons and ammunition on the premises of an enlistment office in Vasylivka. The arrival of military equipment was recorded in Pryshyb, Vasylivka District. In addition, an increase in the number of enemy equipment convoys from Crimea in the direction of Melitopol was recorded during the day.
During the past 24 hoyrs, the villages Chervone and Novodanylivka, and the town Hulyaypole, came under fire in Zaporizhzhya Region. There was twice as much shelling as in the previous day.
There have been 340 confirmed cases of kidnapping by the occupiers in Zaporizhzhya Region.
