Russia still has not provided information about the number of Ukrainian captives killed in the terrorist attack in Olenivka, Mykhaylo Podolyak, an adviser to the head of the presidential office, has said on Twitter.

He added that Russia as the aggressor state had not allowed a UN mission to the scene of the tragedy while representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross were not allowed to see the captives.

"Who else has doubts about who was behind this bloody terrorist attack?" Podolyak concluded.

Fourty days after the blast in Olenivka, a commemoration for the Ukrainian military killed there was held in Kyiv.

According to a preliminary conclusion made public by the Prosecutor-General's Office, the terrorist attack in Olenivka may have been caused by a flamethrower charge which exploded.
