As a result of Russian strikes at Dnipropetrovsk Region, at least four people were killed and 19 wounded, the head of the regional military administration, Valentyn Reznichenko, has said.
Russians fired over 10 missiles on the region. Four missiles were destroyed Ukraine's air defence.
"The enemy hit critical infrastructure facilities, residential areas, transport stops. It carried out a strike when people were going to work. Intentionally. To sow panic. There is serious destruction. All services are at work. One of the districts of Kryvyy Rih lost power supply. Now more than 80,000 people are without electricity. Power engineers have taken to work," he said.
He urged residents to take shelter during the attacks.
On the morning of 10 October, Russia fired 83 missiles at Ukraine, more than 40 of them were shot down by air defence. They also used Iskanders and attack drones.
