Russia has carried out yet another shelling attack on Kharkiv, the head of the Kharkiv regional military administration, Oleh Synehubov, has said.
He asked city residents to stay in shelters.
According to mayor Ihor Terekhov, there have been at least two hits. Some neighbourhoods are having problems with power supply as a result.
