Russia carried out a missile strike at one of the communities in Kyiv Region on the morning of 15 October, the head of the Kyiv regional military administration, Oleksiy Kuleba, has said on Telegram.
"All services are at work, rescuers are at the scene. Tentatively, there were no victims," he said.
Over the past, Russia has carried out six missile and 30 air strikes on Ukraine.
