Russia fired two missiles on an energy infrastructure facility in Dnipro, causing a fire and serious damage, the head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional military administration, Valentyn Reznichenko, has saod on Telegram.
"Some districts of Dnipro, Synelnykove and Vasylkivka lost power supply. One of the pumping stations of Dniprovodokanal [water supply company] is de-energised. There are disruptions in water supply on Dnipro's left bank," he said.
Relevant services will get to work once it is safe.
Explosions and plumes of smokes over the city were reported earlier this morning.
