Since the start of its full-scale invasion on 24 February, Russia has lost 65,850 troops in Ukraine, including 530 over the past day alone, the Ukrainian Armed Forces' General Staff said on 16 October.
Other approximate total losses include 2,548 (+11) tanks, 5,219 (+14) armoured personnel vehicles, 1,622 (+23) artillery systems, 372 (+6) MLRS, 188 (+1) anti-aircraft systems, 268 aircraft, 242 helicopters, 1,276 (+35) operational-tactical level UAVs, 318 (+2) cruise missiles, 16 warships/boats, 3,985 (+16) vehicles and fuel tankers, 144 pieces of special equipment.
