European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said that next year the European Union would allocate €18 billion in aid to Ukraine, the Head of the Presidential Office of Ukraine Andriy Yermak wrote on Telegram.
"The European Union intends to support Ukraine with the assistance of 1.5 billion euros per month, which may amount to 18 billion euros in 2023," he quoted von der Leyen.
Earlier, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz noted that Ukraine would become a member of the EU in the future, so the country's reconstruction should take into account this perspective.
