In Kyiv, as a result of missile strikes, electricity and water supply partially disappeared, Mayor Vitali Klitschko reports on Telegram.
"As a result of strikes on critical infrastructure facilities, part of the capital is de-energized," he wrote.
DTEK reported that an energy infrastructure facility was hit in the capital. There are emergency power cuts.
Air defence systems were activated in Kyiv, Kyiv, Vinnytsya and Poltava regions during a massive Russian missile attack. The State Emergency Service warned that there is a high risk of repeated attacks on 31 October.
As of 8:42, the alert remains in effect.
There are reported hits in Zaporizhzhya Region and Kharkiv.
