The head of the Luhansk regional military administration, Serhiy Hayday, has said on Telegram that the Russians have blown up a bridge across the Krasna river near the village of Krasnorichenske.
The village is located between Svatove and Kreminna. Thus, the Russians are trying to slow down the Ukrainian Armed Forces' counteroffensive in the area, Hayday said.
"They are very scared because we are close," Hayday added.
Earlier Hayday said that the Russian command issued an order to its troops to stop the Ukrainian advance in Luhansk Region.
