There are no signs of Russia forming military units or groups in the Sumy direction, the head of the Sumy regional military administration, Dmytro Zhyvytskyy, has said.

"According to information from the Operational Territorial Group Sumy Command, the situation is stable and under control. The enemy carries out provocative shelling - the defenders and defendresses are giving a worthy rebuff to such actions," Zhyvytskyy wrote.

He added that there is a warning from the military that from 00:00 on 3 November 2022, they will be holding exercises.

Therefore, more intensive movement of military equipment, more personnel with weapons on the streets of settlements are planned measures, and not a cause for concern.
