According to the Head of the Regional Military Administration Serhiy Borzov, at night on 11 November, the enemy fired at a critical infrastructure facility in Vinnytsya Region.
"There has been another hit to one of the critical infrastructure facilities in Vinnytsya Region," he wrote on Telegram.
Rescue services are working at the scene.
On the night of 5 November the occupiers attacked Vinnytsia Region with drones.
