From noon Kyiv returns to scheduled electricity cuts that take place according to schedules, YASNO Director General Serhiy Kovalenko announced on Facebook.

In the morning, scheduled outages were replaced by emergency ones, as Russians struck again at Ukrainian energy facilities at night.

"At night, there were new attacks on power facilities of Ukraine. In Kyiv today, emergency blackouts are applied largely - that is, we will not be following the schedule," Kovalenko said.

The planned restrictions were to be in effect from 5 to 23:00.

Last night the enemy hit a critical infrastructure facility in Vinnytsya Region. According to the Regional Military Administration, there were no casualties.
