Russia used more than 4,700 missiles in 270 days of the full-scale war, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said in a speech to the International Francophone Organization.

"Hundreds of our cities are simply burned. Thousands of people died. Hundreds of thousands were forcibly deported to Russia. Millions left Ukraine for other countries fleeing war," he said.

"We have to stop this. We must stop Russian aggression. The return of peace is possible! But it is possible when everyone in the world understands that no one in the world deserves a single day of terror," he added.

Zelenskyy stressed that the return of peace is possible when everyone in the world understands that no one deserves a single day of terror.

He noted that the Ukrainian formula of peace is very clear - and each of its points has been thoroughly worked out.

"Radiation and nuclear safety. Food security. Energy security. Release of all prisoners and deportees. Implementation of the UN Charter and restoration of the territorial integrity of Ukraine and the world order. Withdrawal of Russian troops and cessation of hostilities. Return of justice. Counteraction to ecocide. Preventing escalation. Fixing the end of the war. Each of these points is a concrete decision, what needs to be done for security," the president said.

Zelenskyy noted that Russian aggression would not just stop - stability and predictability would be restored for everyone in the world. "That is why our formula of peace is a formula of peace for the world. And I invite all leaders, all conscientious countries to choose the element of the peace formula that you can help us implement," Zelenskyy added.
