The World Bank will mobilise additional $4.5 billion to support Ukraine, Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal said.
The funding will enable Ukraine to meet its urgent needs during the winter period.
The Head of the Ukrainian Government thanked the Managing Director of the World Bank for Operations Alex von Trottenburg and the Vice President of the World Bank for Europe and Central Asia Anna Bjerde for their strong support of Ukraine.
On 22 November, the state budget of Ukraine received $60 million from the World Bank.
