Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba has asked High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell to extend sanctions to Russia's missile production.

"Today, I have also sent a letter to Josep Borrell proposing to impose stiff sanctions on Russia’s missile production and anything used to launch deadly missiles at Ukraine. Russia must be fully deprived of any ability to strike Ukraine’s critical civilian infrastructure," Kuleba tweeted.

He also noted that "the next EU sanctions package proposed by the EU Commission includes some important elements that Ukraine has long emphasized, including sanctions against more Russian banks and taking more Russian propaganda channels off air".
