The Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany, in cooperation with the KfW State Bank, has allocated 35 million euros for UNICEF Ukraine, the German Embassy reported on Twitter.
"In cooperation with the KfW State Bank, the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development has allocated 35 million euros for partnership with UNICEF Ukraine," the statement reads.
The Embassy added that the assistance provides for the protection of children, restoration of the educational process, providing access to sanitation services, as well as the continuous operation of the social protection system in western and central Ukraine.
