Russian artillery hit a critical infrastructure enterprise in Kherson on the afternoon of 27 December, the head of the Kherson regional military administration, Yaroslav Yanushevych, has said.
He said the strike smashed the windows of the enterprise and buildings nearby: an emergency care station, a kindergarten. A private house was ruined, he added.
According to Yanushevych, there were no casualties.
