Russia lost 630 troops in a single day, the Ukrainian Armed Forces' General Staff said on 1 April.
Russia's total losses in Ukraine since 24 February have thus reached 173,990 troops.
Russia's other total approximate losses include 3,616 (+1) tanks, 6,981 (+4) armoured personnel vehicles, 2,683 (+8) artillery systems, 527 (+1) MRLS, 279 (+1) anti-aircraft warfare systems, 306 warplanes, 291 helicopters, 2,248 operational-tactical UAVs, 911 cruise missiles, 18 warships/boats, 5,528 (+7) vehicles and fuel tankers, 296 (+2) special equipment items.
