The counteroffensive operation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is already proceeding at a slow pace, Natalya Humenyuk, head of the press centre of the Defence Forces South, has said on the air of the news telethon.
According to her, the Ukrainian army is working to minimise Russia's capabilities and capacities.
"This is precisely the counteroffensive that everyone is waiting for, waiting for it to start, when everything can be filmed, when it can be shown and posted. And it is quietly progressing in small but steady steps. And it is going to the point where the enemy's capabilities are destroyed, ammunition depots disappear, equipment concentration points explode, and clusters of personnel get hit," she explained.
