President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has appointed former Minister of Strategic Industry Pavlo Ryabikin as Ukraine's Ambassador to China.
The relevant decree was published on the president's website. The decree came a few hours after Zelenskyy spoke on the phone with the Chinese leader.
