Today, Russians launched rocket attacks on Kryvyy Rih and hit a five-storey residential building, the head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional state administration, Serhiy Lysak, has said in a Telegram message.
"Another terrorist attack by Russians on the residential sector. At night. Insidiously. Cruel. There are dead and wounded," he wrote.
As of 20:30, 36 casualties were reported. According to Lysak, 12 of them were in hospital, 10 were "seriously injured". A 17-year-old boy was among the dead.
As of 14:30, 11 people have been killed in the strike on Kryvyy Rih.
"The body of another dead man was recovered from the rubble of a private enterprise in Kryvyy Rih. During this terrible night, the enemy killed 11 civilians in the city. The search and rescue operation is over. We are dismantling the structures," said Lysak.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy condemned the attack, saying: "More terrorist missiles, Russian killers continue their war against residential buildings, ordinary cities and people […] Terrorists will never be forgiven, and they will be held accountable for every missile they launch."
